Cut strips across the width of fabric, then subcut. All measurements include 1/4" seam allowances.

Cut 16 strips 4 7/8" x WOF.
- Subcut 128 4 7/8" squares, cut once on the diagonal for half square triangles
Cut 29 strips 2 1/2" x WOF.
- Subcut 256 2 1/2" x 4 1/2" rectangles

Cut 11 strips 2 1/2" x WOF; join them on the diagonal and press in half lengthwise.
Backing, binding, batting
Backing
9 1/2 yd of 42" fabric: 3 panels 114" long, seamed lengthwise, for a 114" x 114" back (4" extra on every side for the longarm or your frame).
Binding
11 strips 2 1/2" x WOF, joined on the diagonal and folded in half: 424" around the quilt plus 12" for the corners and the join.
Batting
A piece at least 114" x 114".
